System Care

In the unlikely event of an Itho Ventilation system developing a fault within the specified two-year warranty period, Itho Ventilation Limited will take full control of the situation to ensure you experience minimal disruption. A qualified engineer will arrange for a home visit to investigate the problem and repair or replace the product immediately if so required. This after-sales service is provided completely free of charge subject to the unit proving faulty during further testing.

Maintenance programme
